Although we previously mentioned that downloading Sendsteps presentations to PowerPoint was not possible, I am happy to inform you that we have now added the option to export your presentation to PPT format. This allows you to take your interactive Sendsteps presentation and use it in PowerPoint while retaining most of the interactive question types. The only limitation is that interactive features will only work within the Sendsteps web app. Please note that even though you can export your presentation to PowerPoint, we still highly recommend using the Sendsteps web app as a presentation tool. It offers more opportunities like:

1. Loss of interactivity:
   Downloading the Sendsteps presentation to PowerPoint would result in a loss of interactivity and other unique features that are only available on the Sendsteps web app. This may lead to a less engaging and less effective presentation.

1. No additional software required:
   One major advantage of the Sendsteps web app is that it does not require any additional software. You only need an internet connection and a device to present on. This is much easier than downloading a PowerPoint presentation and installing software on the presenting device.

1. Ability to present:
   The Sendsteps web app can also be used as a presentation tool, eliminating the need to download the presentation to PowerPoint. Additionally, the Sendsteps web app is cloud-based and can be accessed from anywhere with a stable internet connection, making it a convenient option for presenters who are constantly on the move.

1. Fewer problems:
   Using the Sendsteps web app generally results in fewer problems than using the Sendsteps add-in for PowerPoint. This is because the Sendsteps add-in is an extension within another software, which increases the chance of errors. These errors are often outside of Sendsteps' control.
