How can I request a refund?


✅ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers who purchase a Paid Service from Sendsteps have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund. To initiate a refund, send a written request to legal@sendsteps.com. However, this refund is only applicable if:
  • You have not used any of the interaction functionalities (e.g., live Q&A, polls, or quizzes).
  • You have not hosted a presentation session.

  • You have not created a presentation using the AI features.

If any of these functionalities have been used, the right to a refund is forfeited.


🔁 Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

  • Yearly SubscriptionsYou can cancel your subscription by providing at least one month's written notice before the end of the current one-year term. If Sendsteps breaches the agreement and fails to remedy it within a reasonable period, you may terminate the agreement and be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term.

  • Monthly SubscriptionsYou can cancel your subscription by providing at least two weeks' written notice before the end of the current one-month term. Similar to yearly subscriptions, if Sendsteps breaches the agreement and fails to remedy it within a reasonable period, you may terminate the agreement and be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Refunds are not provided for downgrades to a lower-tier service or reduced functionalities within the same subscription term.

  • If Sendsteps terminates the agreement due to a breach by the customer, no refund will be issued.

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, or other events beyond Sendsteps' control) that prevent Sendsteps from fulfilling its obligations, customers may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the period of non-performance.
