Single Sign-On (SSO) Azure
Sendsteps
supports the use of Azure single sign-on. If you want your company to use this
feature, please follow these steps:
Steps for creating a Single Sign-on in Azure:
- Go to the
Enterprise Applications page in Azure AD (menu on the left).
- Select "New
application" from the menu.
- Choose "App
you are developing" and give it the name "Sendsteps".
- Go to the Single
Sign-On page for the Sendsteps application.
- Select SAML from
the available options.
- Edit the basic
SAML configuration by setting the "Identifier (Entity ID)" to "urn:amazon:cognito:sp:eu-central-1_7gnvgmkd3"
and the "Reply URL" to "https://sendsteps-userpool.auth.eu-central-1.amazoncognito.com/saml2/idpresponse".
- Click the
"Save" button to apply the changes.
- Go to the
Permissions page for the Sendsteps application.
- Select "Add user"
from the menu.
- Use the "User
and groups" picker to add the appropriate users or groups to the
application.
- Go to the App
Registrations page in Azure AD.
- Select "View
all applications" from the menu.
- Go to the
Enterprise Applications page and select the Sendsteps application.
- Go to the Single
Sign-On page for the application.
- Copy the App
Federation Metadata URL from the SAML Signing Certificate section and provide the
necessary metadata and information to Sendsteps so that they can set up and
configure the SAML link on their end.
- Test the
integration to ensure that it is working as expected!
