We recommend using JPG or PNG as your images. This is because most of them fit the criteria of 5MB. We prefer JPG over PNG because the max on a JPG is 5MB whereas PNG can extend that limit.

 

We do not recommend RAW files. This is because RAW files are between 10-40 MB on average which is way over the possible limit that Sendsteps is offering.
