What format should the image I want to upload be in?
We recommend using
JPG or PNG as your images. This is because most of them fit the criteria of
5MB. We prefer JPG over PNG because the max on a JPG is 5MB whereas PNG can
extend that limit.
We do not
recommend RAW files. This is because RAW files are between 10-40 MB on average
which is way over the possible limit that Sendsteps is offering.
