How long can I use my Free Sendsteps account?

How many questions can I ask with my Free account?

Can I change my plan?
During your active subscription you are always able to change your plan. Upgrades can be made via our pricing page, Web app or PowerPoint Add-in. Downgrades can be done, but they will take effect when your current license term expires.
Do I have to pay for my audience to join my Sendsteps session?
Your audience is able to join your Sendsteps sessions without having a (paid) account. You don't need to pay for your audience.
How many licenses do I need?

I have a Presentation with an audience size bigger than 1.000 people. Can I still use Sendsteps?
Yes, if you purchased a plan that allows an unlimited audience size you can still use Sendsteps. When you host a session with more than 1.000 participants, please inform us on forehand by sending an email to support@sendsteps.com.
How many users are included in a plan?
There’s one user included by default. With selected plans you can add more users to your license for an extra fee. See our pricing page for more details.
Can I still cancel my subscription if I changed my mind?
Within 14 days from the day you purchased you can request a refund via legal@sendsteps.com. A refund can only be requested when the interaction functionalities are not used and you didn’t host a Sendsteps session. See our terms of service(s) for more ...
Can I pay for just one month?
Yes you can pay monthly at Sendsteps. If you only need Sendsteps for an one-time event, you can purchase one of our Event Plans which is valid for 7 days.
