How to generate a Quiz using Sendsteps AI?

Here is a quick guide how to use our AI-tool, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate the “Generate with AI” button

Go to the Sendsteps Web app and locate the Sendsteps AI prompt as shown below:



Step 2: Navigate to the "Quiz" section as shown below: 





Step 3: Sendsteps.ai Editor

Select the option that works for you:

1. Choose "type in the keywords" if you want to generate a quiz from a prompt—a short detailed text of up to 3000 characters that guides the AI in crafting creative output. 

2. Choose "Upload your document" if you want to generate a quiz using an already existing document. The AI will strictly adhere to the information in the document when generating the quiz, avoiding any creative additions.


When you are satisfied with your subject/context, please click on "Next".



Step 4: Select Your Language

Please select your desired language by clicking on the "select a language" dropdown menu, at the moment we have over 85 supported languages.
Once selected, click on "Next".



Step 5: Configure Your Quiz

Set up your quiz by customizing the following options:

  1. Number of Questions: Specify how many questions will be included in the quiz.
  1. Difficulty Level: Choose the level of difficulty for the questions (Easy, Medium, or Hard).
  1. Time Limit: Set a time limit for each question to challenge participants.
  1. Show Leaderboard: Decide how often the leaderboard is displayed (e.g., after every 5 questions).
  1. Purpose of the Quiz: Select the goal of your quiz: 
  2. Assessment: Focus on evaluating participants' understanding. 
  3. Engagement: Fun, interactive, and light questions to boost participation.
  4. Learning: Education focus with explanations for better understanding. 
Once you are content with your selections, click on "next".



Step 6: Choose Who You're Quizzing

The next step is to select the audience for which your quiz is intended. By indicating who you will be presenting to, the AI knows what level it is intended for.

Once selected, click on "next".



Step 7: Customize the Communication Style 

Choose the tone of voice that best suits your audience and quizzing goals. The AI will adjust the content to match your selected style, ensuring your message fosters engagement.

Once you've made your choice, click on "next" to proceed. 



Step 8: Choosing a title for your quiz

The next step is choosing an appropriate title. Select one of the generated titles or click on "Write your own title instead" marked in blue to use your own. If you are not satisfied with the given titles you can always click on "generate more" in the lower left corner.

When you are satisfied with your choices, click on “generate quiz”.



Step 9: Inspect Your Quiz

You have successfully generated your own Sendsteps quiz!
