How to generate a presentations using existing documents?
We're excited to share with you a new feature that we have just released on Sendsteps.ai. We now support document upload, which means you can upload a Word document, a PDF file or a .txt file. Sendsteps will summarise it and generate an entire interactive presentation for you!
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Selecting your document
To try out the new feature, simply log in to your Sendsteps account and select "Generate presentation from a document". Then, select the document you want to upload and our platform will take care of the rest.
Example:Step 2: Set your title
Once
your presentation has been created, we will also provide you with a title. If
you are not satisfied with the given title, you can either generate a new one
or choose to set one manually. Once you have made your decision, simply click
on ‘Next’.
Step 3: Moderate your presentation outline
Before
generating your presentation, we will display an outline based on your
document. If you are not satisfied with the subtitles, you can customize them
or remove them altogether. Once you are happy with the settings, you can
proceed to click on ‘Generate’ this will automatically take you to your freshly made presentation!
Step 4: Inspect your presentation
"You have successfully generated you own Sendsteps using your own document!"
We highly recommend to check all the slides if the information is correct. Use the sendsteps.ai function with as tool not as a solution.
We also generated some note’s which can be found underneath some of the slides. These can be used to further help you when presenting your quiz.
